Check-in is from 17:00 to 19:00. In July and August, check-in and check-out are only on Saturdays. Check-out is no later than 10:00.

Yes, the minimum stay is 3 nights.

THE VILLA & ESTATE

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests (including children). No additional guests are permitted.

Yes, bed linen and bath towels are included in your stay.
Please note that bath towels are not to be used for the pool. We recommend bringing your own pool towels.

You will have exclusive use of the villa and estate, there are no shared areas with other guests.

Yes, the pool is private and heated, and available for your use during your stay.
On rare occasions, the owners may access the pool briefly for maintenance or personal use, but this will always be minimal and respectful of your privacy.

The pool is open from May 15th to September 30th, and accessible daily between 10:00 and 18:00. These hours ensure the pool is maintained and safe for all guests.

Yes, the villa is equipped with a modern air conditioning system that also provides heating, ensuring a comfortable indoor temperature year-round.

 

Yes, the villa has Wi-Fi access and there is mobile reception on the estate.

PETS & CHILDREN

Yes, up to 2 dogs are welcome. We kindly ask that the villa is left in a clean condition with no visible signs of pet presence. Please note that pets are not allowed in the pool.

Absolutely. The villa is spacious, with plenty of outdoor space for children to explore.

Yes, we have a baby cot and a high chair available. The high chair is always provided in the villa.

If you need the baby cot, please request it when booking so we can prepare it for you. The cot is a full-sized, sturdy model with protective bars (not a travel cot) and includes fresh linen.

FOOD & SUPPLIES

Yes, the villa has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals.

Domaine de Pérenard is located just 5 km from Bergerac, where you’ll find a variety of supermarkets, bakeries, and local markets.
The nearest supermarket is E. Leclerc, conveniently situated only 3 km (about 5 minutes by car) from the villa.

Absolutely. We’re happy to share local recommendations for restaurants, wineries, and regional specialties. You can either ask us in person during your stay or send your request in advance by email or by filling out our contact form.

We provide toilet paper and hand soap in every bathroom for your convenience. However, consumable items such as detergents, cooking oil, groceries, and other supplies are not provided, so we recommend bringing these with you or purchasing them locally.

Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport is approximately 15 minutes by car, and the Bergerac train station is about 7 minutes away.

Yes, a car is needed to explore the Dordogne region and for ease of access to nearby shops and restaurants.

Yes, private parking is available on the estate, free of charge.

THINGS TO DO

You can enjoy peaceful walks on our 63-acre estate, wildlife spotting, and swimming in the pool.
Guests are also welcome to go apple and blackberry picking, gather figs, forage for wild mushrooms (including the prized cèpes) and collect fresh mint during their respective seasons.

For some fun and relaxation, we offer a ping pong table, swings for kids, and a selection of games inside the villa, including Mölkky, rackets, board games, and toys for children.

HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES

While mid-stay cleaning is the guest’s responsibility, we ensure the villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is also included in the rental price.

We do not offer additional cleaning or extra services.

No, smoking is not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this policy.
